We most likely won’t see any more maps though.It's been almost nine years since the first Gears of War, and during that time the series has seen a pair of sequels, and, in the case of Gears of War: Judgment, a prequel. Content for future releases and seasons can be expected as skins and various cosmetics from the different cosmetic groups (ie banners).

Tons of bug fixes (of course newer ones created), 15,675,567,823,435 changes to pvp (tuning, playlists, modes) because of all the whining, customs maps were scrapped (for horde, pvp, and escape due to all the whining), character rooster was expanded, escape support was cut a while back, tour of duty has been replaced with seasons. I’m going to try to sum this up: characters and classes were separated in horde, Locust and Lament were added to the monster pool, scortcher came back, Horde Frenzy has replaced the 50 wave matchmaking list (it’s a 12 wave shorter version for those on a schedule, 50 wave still available in customs), event modes like jingle juvies are available for custom matches, gears coins replaced scrap as a more easily obtainable currency from just playing, store overhaul came with the coins, Several new maps were added with some returning from previous titles, expansion to campaign customization (ie ability to use weapons skins, modifiers, character skins, color filters etc) continuing next paragraph…….
